Our production process utilizes modern decorticator technology to efficiently extract coir fibre while maintaining consistent quality. The coir fibre produced is supplied to curled coir rope manufacturing units, rubberized coir mattress manufacturers, and co-operative societies across India.

During the fibre extraction process, coir pith is generated as a valuable by-product. At Mayur Greentech, this coir pith is further processed into premium coco peat blocks and coir pith organic manure (CPOM), ensuring complete utilization of coconut husk and supporting a sustainable, zero-waste manufacturing approach.
